1Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Highland99 Platform, you expressly and unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all other policies or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

Acceptance of these terms is deemed to have occurred when you:

• Ticking the agreement checkbox during the account registration process
• Making your first deposit into your Highland99 account
• Placing any bet or playing any game on the Platform
• Continuing to use the Platform after being notified of any amendments to these terms

3Account Registration

To access the full range of Highland99 services, you must register an account by providing accurate, truthful, and complete information. Highland99 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm your identity.

Account Requirements:

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one Highland99 account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious breach of our terms.
• Information provided during registration must be accurate and current – full name, national ID number, Malaysian phone number, and an active email address
• You must keep your account information up to date whenever changes occur, particularly your phone number and bank details for withdrawals
• Account passwords are the sole responsibility of the user. Highland99 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a shared or compromised password.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to any other party under any circumstances

4Age Limit & Eligibility

To be eligible to use Highland99's services, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Must be at least 21 years old on the date of registration
• Residing in Malaysia or having lawful access to the platform
• Not subject to any legal prohibition, court order, or restriction that prevents participation in betting activities
• Not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme at Highland99 or any other platform
• Not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative on behalf of another party

Highland99 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account pending verification if there is any doubt about a user's age eligibility.

5Deposits & Payments

Highland99 accepts deposits via approved payment methods and operates exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Below is full information on making deposits on our Platform:

Deposit Limit:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction
• Maximum deposit: Subject to payment method and account tier
• There is no daily deposit limit unless one is set by the user themselves via the deposit limit tool

All deposited funds are strictly for wagering purposes on the Highland99 Platform. Deposits made via unauthorised methods or on behalf of a third party will not be accepted and will be returned less any applicable processing fees.

6Withdrawal

Highland99 is committed to processing all legitimate withdrawals promptly and transparently. The following withdrawal terms apply to all Members:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction
• Processing time: Within 15 minutes for accounts that have completed KYC
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited
• Your first withdrawal requires full completion of the KYC process before it can be processed

Highland99 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals for the purposes of security or compliance investigations. In such cases, users will be notified within 24 hours. If the investigation finds no violation, the withdrawal will be processed immediately.

7Bonuses & Promotions

Highland99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to provide added value to members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer.

General Bonus Terms:

• Every bonus carries a rollover requirement that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted
• 100% welcome bonus up to RM1,000 subject to rollover 20x (deposit + bonus)
• Weekly cashback is credited every Monday based on net losses over the preceding 7-day period
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or combined with other bonuses unless otherwise stated
• Only one active bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated in the terms of a specific offer
• Highland99 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses if there is evidence of abuse or fraud

Rollover Calculation:

Example: If you deposit RM200 and receive a RM200 bonus (total RM400) with a 20x rollover requirement, you must place a total of RM8,000 in bets (RM400 × 20) before the bonus can be withdrawn. Cancelled, void, or technically rejected bets do not count towards the rollover calculation.

8Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Highland99 Platform are subject to the established betting rules. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any bet.

• Confirmed bets are final and may not be amended or cancelled by the user
• Highland99 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error, incorrect odds, or exceptional circumstances that affect the integrity of a match
• Bets placed on matches that have been postponed, cancelled, or not settled within the stipulated time will be voided and the stake returned
• Highland99 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits on any market or match without prior notice
• Bets placed after match results have been publicly announced are invalid and will be voided

Live Sports Betting: For live betting, all bets placed during a connection disruption or broadcast delay may be subject to additional review. Highland99 reserves the right to void bets placed based on information that was already available to the user but had not yet been updated on the platform.

Casino & Games: Each casino game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game interface. In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, Highland99's server records shall serve as conclusive evidence.

9Prohibited User Conduct

Highland99 Platform users must adhere to the established standards of conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Registering more than one account under your own name or someone else's
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or perform any activity on the Platform
• Money laundering or use of funds obtained through illegal means
• Conducting syndicated betting activities or placing bets on behalf of another party
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the Platform – any such discoveries must be reported to Highland99 and not exploited
• Colluding or conspiring with other players or Highland99 staff to defraud the Platform
• Using deposit or withdrawal methods belonging to a third party
• Spreading false or misleading information about the Highland99 Platform

10Responsible Gaming

2. Response Time: Highland99 will provide an initial response within 24 hours and resolve most complaints within 5 business days
3. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you may request an escalation to a senior manager by including the word "ESCALATION" in the subject line of your email
4. Investigation Records: All decisions relating to bets and games are based on server records, which serve as conclusive evidence

All complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the disputed incident. Complaints received after this period may not be able to be processed.

13Account Suspension & Closure

Highland99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close the account of any user under certain circumstances without prior notice:

• Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions
• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
• Multiple account ownership
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Use of the platform by individuals below the required age
• Official requests from the relevant authorities

In the event of an account closure due to a breach of terms, Highland99 reserves the right to withhold the account balance until the investigation is concluded. Any balance that is legitimate and unrelated to fraudulent activity will be returned once the investigation is complete.

Users also have the right to voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Any eligible balance will be returned after final KYC processing is completed.

14Amendments to These Terms

Highland99 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any such amendments take effect upon being published on the Platform.

We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes through:

• Email sent to the address registered to your account

Continued use of the Platform after being notified of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any eligible balance before the amendments take effect.
